Camila Cavalcanti Resende is an architect and urban planner, graduated from the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE). She obtained her master's and doctorate degrees in Architecture and Urbanism from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN), working in the research area of Architectural Design Education.

Before entering academia, she worked professionally on vertical building compatibility projects at a construction company in Pernambuco (2010-2013) and on school projects with the Pernambuco Department of Education (2016-2018).

In her teaching career, she was a substitute professor in the Department of Graphic Expression at UFPE (2022-2023) and, later, a tenured professor in the Architecture and Urbanism course at the Federal University of the Semi-Arid Region (UFERSA) in 2024. Currently, she is a member of the faculty of the Department of Architecture and Urbanism at UFPB.

His main areas of interest include: architectural design, graphic representation, BIM, parametric modeling, and the application of artificial intelligence in architecture.
